Overview
Executive Summary

Vessul recommends a 12-month Field Sales Collateral Program. We build a design system that turns each section of Tartan's sales playbook into a polished, on-brand one-pager, ready when your team needs it, not months later. It's reserved capacity, built once and used all year, so the playbook never has to wait its turn again.

The Work
Project Vision

About 25 people across your delivered fuel, DEF, and rack teams sell today through relationships and memory, backed by one broad one-sheet. Where that falls short, reps have started making their own materials, and they don't reflect the brand you've built. The playbook fixes the knowledge gap. This program fixes the material gap behind it. Every product gets a piece of collateral that looks like it belongs next to the Checkpoint platform.

Context
The Opportunity

Your internal design team spent over six months on a single bifold, not because the work is hard, but because sales collateral always loses to whatever's rotating that week. That bottleneck is structural, and it isn't going away on its own. The playbook itself is a year-long build, so the collateral need arrives in waves, tied to whenever Heather finishes the next piece. This work needs to move on her timeline, not someone else's.

Strategy
Recommended Approach

Instead of quoting one-pagers one at a time, we build the system once. A brand-standard template, built from your existing Checkpoint identity, ready to receive new content the moment a playbook module is done. From there, production runs on reserved capacity that turns Heather's drafts into finished, field-ready pieces quickly. When her attention shifts to something like the DEF conference, the capacity holds instead of disappearing into someone else's backlog.

Scope
What's Included
  • Brand-standard one-pager template system, built from existing Checkpoint brand assets
  • Reserved creative capacity for active deliverables, covering creative direction, design, revisions, and coordination
  • Quarterly check-in with Heather to reset priorities
  • Optional refresh of any self-made materials already circulating in the field

Outside this scope: video, photography, printing, large campaigns, or extensive copywriting. These are natural next steps as the relationship grows, and we'll scope and price them separately when they come up.

Schedule
Production Timeline

The program unfolds in three phases, paced to how the playbook actually comes together.

Phase 1
Template & Brand System
We build the master one-pager template and brand rules from Tartan's existing assets. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Phase 2
First Wave Production
First one-pagers are produced as playbook content becomes available. Delivered fuel, DEF, and rack are the likely starting set.
Phase 3
Ongoing Production
Production continues alongside Heather's playbook rollout for the rest of the partnership. Reserved capacity carries through slower stretches instead of sitting idle.
Investment
Investment Options

This is structured as a single annual partnership, not a menu of options. One clean number to budget against, sized to the value of solving the bottleneck.

This reflects what it takes to keep a full year of collateral moving in step with the playbook rollout, without the material ever losing ground to another team's priorities.

Action
Next Steps
1
Confirm expected volume and cadence against Heather's actual playbook schedule.
2
Share existing brand assets and current drafts so we can build a true before and after baseline.
3
Sign the 12-month agreement. The first invoice kicks off Phase 1.
